Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the 7even Sports Group mobile application ("App") operated by 7even Sports Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
- By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old
- Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately at legal@7evensportsgroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Membership Tiers & Payments
3.1 Membership Tiers
- Free: Basic access to the App and community features
- Basic: Access to standard events and features
- Pro: Full access to all events, features, and priority support
3.2 Payments
- Membership fees are charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via Paystack
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- Membership automatically expires at the end of the paid period unless renewed
3.3 Referral Program
- When you refer a new member using your unique referral code:
- The new member receives 2 weeks of Basic membership and 10 bonus points
- You (the referrer) receive 1 month of Basic membership (or extension) and 50 bonus points
- Referral rewards are granted once per referred user and cannot be combined with other promotions
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time
User Conduct
By using the App, you agree NOT to:
- Post content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or illegal
- Harass, bully, or threaten other members
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
- Misuse the QR check-in system or attempt to fraudulently earn points
- Share your account credentials with others
- Post false or misleading information
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Points, Badges & Leaderboard
- Points are awarded for runs, event check-ins, referrals, and community activity
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or remove points if fraudulent activity is detected
- Leaderboard rankings are calculated based on total points and may change at any time
- Badges are awarded based on achievement milestones and are non-transferable
Events & Check-ins
- Event registration does not guarantee participation if capacity is reached
- QR code check-in is available for the duration of the event only
- Each member may check in to a given event only once
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify events with reasonable notice
- No refunds are given for membership fees due to event cancellations
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The 7even Sports Group App is a fitness community platform, not a medical service.
- Fitness data (pace, distance, calories) is estimated and may not be 100% accurate
- We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or loss resulting from use of the App
- Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program
- Stop any activity and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Intellectual Property
- All content within the App, including logos, design, and code, is owned by 7even Sports Group
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content you post within the App (profile photos, posts)
- You retain ownership of content you create and post
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time within the App settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the App and any associated data will be removed
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7even Sports Group shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- Injuries sustained during sports activities organized or promoted through the App
- Technical failures, downtime, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
