Terms of Service

These Terms apply to everyone who creates an account, joins a club, enters a competition or checks in to an event through 7even Sports Group.

1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are.
2. Members aged 13 to 17 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
3. You must give accurate and complete information when you create your account, and keep it up to date.

1. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
2. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Tell us immediately at legal@7evensportsgroup.com if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

1. Membership fees are charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS) through Paystack.
2. We accept credit and debit cards, MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash and AirtelTigo Money.
3. Payments are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Membership expires at the end of the paid period unless you renew it.

3.3 Referral programme

When you refer a new member with your unique referral code:

• The new member gets 2 weeks of Basic membership and 10 bonus points.
• You get 1 month of Basic membership — or a one-month extension — and 50 bonus points.
• Rewards are granted once per referred member and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• We may change or end the referral programme at any time.

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Post content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory or illegal.
• Harass, bully or threaten other members.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or to our systems.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App.
• Misuse the QR check-in system or try to earn points fraudulently.
• Share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Post false or misleading information.

1. Points are awarded for runs, event check-ins, referrals and community activity.
2. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. We may adjust, correct or remove points where we detect fraudulent activity.
4. Leaderboard rankings are calculated from total points and can change at any time.
5. Badges are awarded at achievement milestones and are non-transferable.

1. Registering for an event does not guarantee a place once capacity is reached.
2. QR check-in is open for the duration of the event only.
3. You may check in to a given event once.
4. We may cancel or change events with reasonable notice.
5. Membership fees are not refunded because an event was cancelled.

• Fitness data such as pace, distance and calories is estimated and may not be accurate.
• We are not responsible for injury, health issues or loss arising from your use of the App.
• Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme.
• Stop, and seek medical attention, if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

1. All content in the App — logos, design and code — is owned by 7even Sports Group.
2. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
3. You keep ownership of the content you create and post.
4. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the content you post inside the App, such as profile photos and posts.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to get it deleted.

1. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms.
3. On termination, your access to the App and the data associated with it is removed.
4. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7even Sports Group is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Loss of data, profits or goodwill.
• Injuries sustained during sports activities organised or promoted through the App.
• Technical failures, downtime or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will give at least 14 days’ notice of material changes, in the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after the changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
